Devin Alers

My passion for helping people, combined with my background in real estate and customer care, allows me to guide clients through one of life's biggest decisions with confidence and compassion. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I gained valuable experience working alongside a general contractor and in the title industry, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the home buying, selling, and building process from multiple perspectives. This knowledge helps me anticipate challenges, answer questions, and make each transaction as smooth as possible.

Prior to my career in real estate, I spent seven years as a Registered Dental Assistant in an orthodontic practice. During that time, I had the privilege of building lasting relationships with countless families and watching children grow over the years. Those relationships taught me the importance of trust, communication, and treating every client like family—values I carry with me into my real estate career. Whether I'm helping first-time buyers, growing families, or clients preparing for their next chapter, my goal is to provide the same level of care, honesty, and personal attention.

Originally from Crossville, Tennessee, I now proudly call Maryville home. Between my husband and myself we have four children. The youngest three keep us busy with softball, basketball, and cheerleading. When I'm not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll usually find me cheering from the sidelines or spending time with my family.
